Parking may be an issue. There are two spaces in the garage, two in the driveway. Overnight street parking is not allowed nor is parking in landscaped areas. This is new citywide zoning for single family residential areas that is starting to be enforced. 

No RV's or trailers or unregistered or uninsured or non-working vehicles may be on the property at any time.
